| No one ever comes here. Oh well. Life has been good. God has been far more merciful than I have deserved. | | |
| God still sits on the throne, the devil is a liar.
You may be going through a tough time right now but God is getting ready to bless you in a way that only He can. Keep the faith.
My instructions were to pick four people that I wanted God to bless, and I picked you.
Please pass this to at least four people you want to be blessed and a copy back to me. This prayer is powerful, and prayer is one of the best gifts we receive. There is no cost but a lot of rewards. Let us continue to pray for one another. Here is the prayer:
Father, I ask You to bless my friends, relatives and email buddies reading this right now. Show them a new revelation of Your love and power. Holy Spirit, I ask You to minister to their spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy. Where there is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence through Your grace. Bless their homes, families, finances, their goings and their comings. In Jesus' precious name. Amen.

| **********Here I am*******************
Then shalt thou call,
and the Lord shall answer;
thou shalt cry, and he shall say'
"Here I am". -Isaiah 58:9
I'm lonely, Lord, I walk in the midst of a crowd and see no face I knowl I hear a good story but have no one to tell it to. I sit in my pew at church, among others who share my faith, but none of them know my joys and fears. I know I am not alone in feeling this way, but that brings me no comfort.
Finally, in the dark of the night, I call out toYou - and You are there. I tell You my problems, and You listen. I speak of the good things in my life, and you smile. I ask You for advice, knowing it will come in Your time. I am no longer lonely, I am loved. | | |
| Someone To Hold On To - Read Psalm 91
"He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust."-Psalm 91:2
In his book The Figherman and His friends, Louis Albert Banks tells of two men who were assigned to stand watch on a ship out at sea. During the night the waves from a raging storm washed one of them overboard. The sailor who drowned had been in the most sheltered place, while the one who survived was moer esposed to the elements. What made the difference? The man who was lost had nothing to hold on to.
What a picture of the way some people are affected by the trials of life! When life is peaceful, they are very self-sufficient, but when the going gets rough they are swept off their feet. Because they have refused God's help and have nothing to hold on to, they are easily overwhelmed.
People who cling to the Lord, though, can weather the fircest storms of adversity. They are often heard to say, "I don't know what I would do without the Lord." They know that the heavenly Father is always with them to strengthen, guard, and protect them.
Those who have put their hope in God have Someone they can rely on in every circumstance of life. They can say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God; in him I will trust." -Psalm 91:2 Can you?
